"Over my twenty years as a pharmacist, I’ve seen a pattern again and again – women walking into the pharmacy with important, intimate questions, yet feeling nervous, embarrassed, or unsure about how to ask.

I realised just how many women might be missing out on the advice and reassurance they need. So I created my @fabulouspharmacist Instagram account, a space where no question was off-limits and where women could get clear, honest answers without judgement.

As my community grew, I began travelling around Ireland giving talks to women, and it quickly became clear that this need was everywhere. Women were craving open, honest conversations about their bodies –conversations that had simply never been made accessible before. That realisation inspired me to create my sell-out show Viva La Vulva, a place to educate, empower, and normalise these discussions in a live setting.

What I’ve learned from this incredible community is that the gap in education around women’s health is huge, but so is the curiosity and eagerness to learn. Love Your Vulva is my way of bringing that safe space to even more women and girls. It’s a celebration of your body, a guide to understanding it, and a reminder that there’s nothing shameful about knowing yourself inside and out."
